Adare Manor’s redevelopment was always going to be judged twice — once by its members, and once by the 2027 Ryder Cup. Turfgrass worked alongside the design and construction team through the build, taking responsibility for the agronomy that turns a finished construction site into a championship playing surface.

That meant supervising the grow-in from the ground up — the slowest, least visible, and most consequential phase of any redevelopment — and introducing Ireland’s first SubAir system, giving the greenkeeping team direct control over soil moisture and gas exchange years before a single ball is struck in competition.

The work continues through ongoing maintenance agronomy and tournament preparation, building toward presentation and playing conditions that hold up to broadcast, to the world’s best players, and to Adare Manor’s own name.
